Ms. Bernheim joined Chatham Capital as an Associate in 2005. As an Associate, she is involved in potential investment evaluation, due diligence and financial analyses, portfolio monitoring and deal execution. Prior to joining Chatham, Ms. Bernheim was a Senior Associate in the Atlanta office of Grant Thornton LLP, a public accounting firm, where she was in the Valuation group after spending two years in the Assurance group. In the Valuation group, Ms. Bernheim’s work primarily focused on purchase allocations and goodwill and intangible asset analysis. Ms. Bernheim spent three years working for Delta Airlines before returning to graduate school to obtain her MBA. She also interned in the Business Development group at PreSolutions, a provider of prepaid transaction processing services in Norcross, Georgia. Ms. Bernheim received a B.S. in Nutrition and Food Science from the University of California at Berkeley. Additionally, she received her MBA from the Georgia Institute of Technology where she concentrated in Accounting and Finance. While at Georgia Tech, Ms. Bernheim received a merit-based graduate research assistantship. She is a licensed certified public accountant (CPA) in the state of Georgia and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.
