Kristin Waddell joined Spell Capital Partners in 2008 with over six years of public accounting experience serving large partnerships and private equity funds, as well as high net worth individuals. Prior to joining Spell Capital Partners, Ms. Waddell held a senior tax associate position at the accounting firm PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in their financial services practice. At PwC, she was involved in tax compliance and consulting. Ms. Waddell has a bachelor of arts (BA) degree in Accounting from the University of St. Thomas.
