Laurie Callicutt

Bio

Ms. Laurie Callicutt has been with Brooke Private Equity Associates since the firm’s inception in 2002. As Associate VP of Finance, Ms. Callicutt manages all treasury activities and investor reporting for BPEA. She is also responsible for managing BPEA’s compliance program. Prior to becoming Associate VP of Finance, Ms. Callicutt was a Senior Accountant at BPEA. As Senior Accountant, she was responsible for the preparation and distribution of quarterly fund financials, all daily cash transactions, and accounts payable. Ms. Callicutt began her career in the venture capital/private equity industry while working toward her undergraduate degree as an assistant to the principals and the Chief Financial Officer of Boston Capital Ventures, an established venture capital firm. During that time, Ms. Callicutt assisted with the formation of Brooke Private Equity Associates. At the inception of BPEA, she was responsible for the administration and daily operations of the firm. Ms. Callicutt holds a BS in business administration and a MBA from Boston University.
