Mr Lawrence I Shagrin has over fourteen years of private equity experience, including the sourcing, execution and monitoring of growth-oriented buyouts in diverse industries. Prior to Brockway Moran & Partners, Mr Shagrin was a Managing Director at William Blair Capital Partners and an Associate with The Palmer Group, both leveraged buyout firms Mr Shagrin serves as a Director of GED Integrated Solutions, Inc., Woodstream Corporation and Turning Technologies. He previously served as a Director of Air Medical Group Holdings LLC Mr Shagrin earned a BS in Business Administration from The Ohio State University and an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania
