Lee Bryan

Bio

Lee Bryan joined the Comvest Group in 2011. Prior to joining Comvest, Mr. Bryan worked as a Director in the private equity group at Harbert Management Corporation, an Alabama based asset management company, where he focused on deal sourcing, investment analysis and execution and portfolio company development. Previously, Mr. Bryan was a consultant with Bain & Company, a Boston based consulting firm, where he focused on both private equity due diligence and portfolio company improvements. Prior to joining Bain, Mr. Bryan worked in operating roles for Procter & Gamble and Delta Airlines. Mr. Bryan received his M.B.A from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
