Lisa Olsen

Bio

Ms. Olsen is the Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Phoenix American Incorporated and Secretary of many of the other Phoenix American companies. She has been employed by Phoenix since 1996. Ms. Olsen manages the Legal, Human Resources and Communication Support Departments at Phoenix. Her responsibilities include corporate legal affairs, software licensing, contracts, trademarks and copyrights, risk management, litigation, regulatory compliance and bulk sales and purchases. Previously Ms. Olsen was General Counsel for DVI, Inc., a publicly-traded equipment leasing company and also was the Assistant General Counsel for Fleetwood Credit Corp., a captive finance arm of a Fortune 500 manufacturing company. Ms. Olsen received a B.A. degree in Philosophy at the University of California at Irvine and a law degree at the University of Southern California in Los Angeles.
