Lourdes Andrade

Bio

Lourdes A. Andrade is the Controller of our investment adviser. Ms. Andrade joined Fifth Street in January 2009. Prior to joining Fifth Street, from June to December 2008, Ms. Andrade was the Controller for The Garnet Group Inc., a private investment group headquartered in Manhattan, where she was responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of this dynamic fund. Prior to that, from July 2001 to June 2008, she was Tax Manager at Clarfeld Financial Advisors, where she was responsible for taxes, tax planning, and accounting engagements for high net worth clients and owners of closely held businesses in various industries, focusing on financial and fiduciary services. Ms. Andrade is a Certified Public Accountant and she holds a B.S. in Accounting from Ramapo College of New Jersey
