Lynn W Carpenter

Bio

Lynn joined South Franklin Street Partners in January 2002. Prior to joining South Franklin Street Partners, Lynn was with Morgenthaler Partners, a private equity investment firm, where she was responsible for identifying, evaluating, structuring and monitoring leveraged investments in a variety of industries. Prior to joining Morgenthaler, Lynn worked for the Fountains Retirement Communities as Director of Acquisitions where she prepared and presented acquisition and development analysis and recommendations, including all financial and market feasibility analysis, and coordinated the due diligence process. Lynn also worked at Key Bank where she underwrote senior debt financing transactions and managed a portfolio of relationships in its Healthcare Finance Group. Lynn received a B.S from Miami University (Ohio) and an M.B.A from The Ohio State University.
