Joined Moorfield in January 1996 and is the Chief Executive Officer. Chartered Surveyor who has worked for firms of chartered surveyors and investment banks, including Union Bank of Switzerland and NatWest Markets and was an Executive Director of Goldman Sachs International prior to joining Moorfield. Was a top rated real estate & equity analyst and advisor between 1989 and 1995 in both European Extel Survey and the International Investor Survey. Member of the Investment Property Forum (IPF), a Policy Committee Member of the British Property Federation (BPF), a Member of the Property Advisory Group to the Bank of England, an adviser on real estate to the British Venture Capital Association (BVCA) and a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) where he has sat on the panel that advises the RICS on the investment of its own capital. Graduate in Estate Management.
