Marco Vartanian

Bio

Marco A. Vartanian is responsible for managing assigned Buchanan assets as a member of the Investment Management team Prior to joining Buchanan Street, Mr. Vartanian was with Maguire Properties where he worked on leasing Maguire’s 3.5 million square foot Orange County office portfolio. He started his real estate career at Cushman & Wakefield (formerly with Cushman Realty Corp.) in downtown Los Angeles; upon relocation to Orange County he was involved in the disposition of over $500 million in office, retail and industrial investment sale transactions Mr. Vartanian graduated with a B.S. in Business Administration with an emphasis in Entrepreneurial Studies from the University of Southern California. He is an active member of NAIOP’s-Young Professional’s Group, USC’s Marshall School of Business and the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society
