Bio

Mark McKee is the President of Capital Alternatives, LLC, an investment advisory and consulting firm he founded in 2006. Over the past 20 years, Mr. McKee has held positions as the President, Chief Operating Officer or Director of several asset management organizations with a particular expertise in public equity, private equity and hedge fund firm operations. These executive leadership positions have led to a deep understanding of institutional investors and their operational and risk management expectations from alternative investment firms. Mr. McKee is currently Chairman of the Board of Directors and of the Audit Committee of Alter-G, Inc. He is also a Director and Chairman of the Audit Committee of Hall Capital Partners LLC. Formerly, Mr. McKee served as Director and Chief Operating Officer of SKBA Capital Management and as Director, President, and Senior Managing Director of Pacific Corporate Group. Mr. McKee currently serves as Vice Chairman and member of the Audit Committee of The Marine Mammal Center and is actively involved as an M.B.A. student mentor with the Robert A. Toigo Foundation. Mr. McKee received both his undergraduate and M.B.A. degrees from Indiana University.
