Previously a Managing Director of UBS Investment Bank, based in London where he advised on over $60 billion of transactions. In 13 years at UBS, specialised in general M&A, more recently focusing on covering the European Communications sector where he originated and executed investment banking mandates in the telecoms, satellite and cable TV industries in Europe and the Middle East. Has advised on a wide range of M&A and debt and equity financing mandates, including Chapter 11 and debt advisory, for major international clients. Chartered Accountant with PricewaterhouseCoopers.
