Bio

Mark joined Weston Presidio in 1999. Previously, Mark served as Managing Director and Co-Head of Mergers & Acquisitions at Tucker Anthony for 13 years, where he completed transactions in a variety of industries including technology, consumer products and industrial products. Before that, Mark was employed by Bankers Trust New York Corporation. Previously, Mark was on the Board of Directors of EuroPro and Herald Media Group. Mark currently serves on the Board of Directors of HerbalScience Nutraceuticals, Nebraska Book Company, Rockwood Service Corporation, Summit Energy Services and Trimark Sportswear Group. Mark received an AB degree from Brown University and an MBA from the Harvard Graduate School of Business.
