Mark S. Oddo is responsible for the underwriting, due diligence, and ongoing asset management of fund investments. Mr. Oddo has over 22 years of real estate experience. Prior to joining Buchanan Street Partners, Mr. Oddo led the asset management function for the institutional advisory group of Draper and Kramer, Inc. based in Chicago. He possesses a diverse professional background including construction management, lending, consulting and underwriting of institutional quality real estate located throughout the United States in all major real estate asset categories. Mr. Oddo received a B.S. and an MBA in Finance from DePaul University
