Bio

Marlin brings to Norwich Ventures three decades of experience as an entrepreneur and leader in the medical device industry. He is actively finding, evaluating, and advising the firm's investments. Prior to founding Norwich Ventures, Marlin co-founded and served for 28 years as Chairman and CEO of Arrow International, a developer and manufacturer of critical and cardiac-care medical devices. Under Marlin's leadership Arrow grew from an idea into a billion dollar public company with locations throughout North America, Europe, India, Japan and South Africa. While CEO of Arrow he served on the Board of Advamed, an association of medical device manufacturers. In other health care related activities he serves as a Trustee of the Reading Hospital where he previously as Chairman and as Chariman of the Life Science Greenhouse of Central Pennsylvania. Prior to founding Arrow, Marlin spent three years as Vice President of Connors Investor Services, an asset management company specializing in small, fast growing companies. He currently serves on the Dean's Advisory Board of Harvard Business School and as a Trustee of Alfred University. Marlin earned an MBA from Harvard Business School and a B.S. in Ceramic Engineering from Alfred University.
