Matt Hall

Bio

Matt Hall is the manager, projects and finance for BioCrossroads and works on project development, capital formation and enterprise investment of BioCrossroads, its entities and initiatives. Hall has a strong background in structured finance, investment banking and economic development. He was previously vice president – investment banking, public sector finance for NatCity Investments, where he oversaw the daily operations of the regional office, structured financings and was an underwriter on more than $525 million of bonds. At the Indianapolis Local Public Improvement Bond Bank, Hall served as project manager, working on economic and real estate development projects and advising several City of Indianapolis entities on municipal finance. Graduate of Indiana University with a B.A. in political science.
