Matthew Zales

Bio

Mr. Zales joined Pine Brook in September 2009 as an investor relations and marketing professional. Prior to his association with Pine Brook, Mr. Zales worked at Credit Suisse, managing relationships with institutional investors in the Customized Fund Investment Group. Before joining Credit Suisse, he was an associate in the Alternatives Advisory and Placement Group at Lehman Brothers, where he worked on private equity fundraising assignments for buyout, coinvestment and secondary funds. Earlier in his career, he held various investment banking and fixed income distribution roles at Merrill Lynch and ABN AMRO, respectively. Mr. Zales graduated summa cum laude from Cornell University and holds an M.B.A. from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University. He is Series 7 and 66 certified and passed level 1 of the Chartered Financial Analyst Program.
