Bio
Joined the Advent Life Sciences Team in 2008 as Partner – US Investor Relations. Has extensive experience in the venture capital industry, having served in a variety of roles at HealthCare Ventures LLC, from 1995 until 2008, most recently as Director of LP Relations and Director of Administration, and was instrumental in raising over $700 million. Has a wide-ranging knowledge of the biotechnology industry, including an in-depth understanding of pharmaceutical clinical research and regulatory filings, having concentrated on these areas earlier during career at The Liposome Company Inc, a publicly traded biotechnology company subsequently acquired by Elan; Biodecision Incorporated, a clinical research organisation; and Shadyside Hospital, a major teaching and research hospital.
