Megan Burke

Bio

Megan M. Burke is an Investment Director responsible for sourcing and investing in value-add debt and equity opportunities on behalf of the Buchanan Funds. Her primary focus includes identifying and structuring first mortgages, participating loans, mezzanine loans and note purchases. In Ms. Burke’s more than six years at Buchanan Street Partners, she has been involved with the placement of more than $1.9 billion of debt and equity. Ms. Burke graduated with a B.S. in Business Administration with a split emphasis in Real Estate Finance and Entrepreneurship from the University of Southern California. She is an active member of ULI and NAIOP and graduated from NAIOP’s Young Professionals Group program
