Michael I. Feinstein is responsible for the underwriting, financial analysis, market research and placement of equity investments Prior to joining Buchanan, Mr. Feinstein worked on the acquisition team of Brookdale Senior Living where he was responsible for sourcing transactions, projecting asset operating performance, negotiating agreements, and performing all financial and due diligence analysis for the closing of transactions Mr. Feinstein is a member of the Wisconsin Real Estate Alumni Association (WREAA), Chicago Real Estate Council (CREC), and the Standard Club. He is also active in Buchanan Children’s Charities and volunteers his time as a youth hockey coach in Chicago. Mr. Feinstein earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Real Estate and Finance from the University of Wisconsin – Madison, pursuing his real estate studies at the nationally prominent Graaskamp Program
