Mr Michael E Moran has over twenty years of private equity investing and financial advisory experience. Mr Moran has been instrumental in the acquisition, expansion and realization of numerous growth-oriented companies Mr Moran serves as Chairman of Pacific Crane Maintenance Company, L.P., Tri-Star Electronics International, Inc., GED Integrated Solutions, Inc., Pennant Foods Corp. and Celeste Industries Corporation. He has served as Chairman of the Board of Air Medical Group Holdings LLC, Cosmetic Essence, Inc. and Integrated Aerospace, Inc., as Vice-Chairman of TTM Technologies, Inc. and as a Director of ElectroStar, Inc BS from Drake University. MBA from DePaul University.
