He has worked at Prudential Securities and PaineWebber as a Senior Vice President of Investments/Chairmans Council Member, where he managed money for private clients. He was also the Managing Director and founder of Oscar Gruss and Son Incorporated's private client group. Mr. Rapp is a graduate of the University of Michigan-Ann Arbor
