Bio
Prior to joining Risk Capital Partners in 2009, was a Partner at Bowmark Capital for four years, primarily focusing on IT services investments. Prior to Bowmark Capital, was an Investment Director with LDC, the private equity arm of the Lloyds Banking Group, completing seven investments in six years covering the leisure, media, business services, financial services and IT services sectors. Began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers in the Corporate Finance, Lead Advisory team. Previous investments include the successful buyouts of comdirect, the online share dealing company and Spearhead, a trade exhibitions group. Most recently led the buyout of Datix, a leading risk-management software business in the healthcare sector. First class honours degree in Mechanical Engineering from Reading University and is an Associate of The Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
