Bio

Mike is a Vice President with IMT Capital, LLC. He is responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and closing acquisitions throughout Texas. Additionally, Mike's responsibilities include originating debt for IMT Capital's acquisitions nationally. Mike has 14 years of experience in the real estate industry, working for some of the leading companies in the country, including Holliday Fenoglio Fowler, L.P., Northmarq Capital, and Capmark Finance. He has originated over $1 billion in transactions with clients ranging from large and small private companies to institutions. Mike has experience with many different deal and product types and maintains strong relationships in the real estate capital markets. Mike is a graduate of Rice University.
