Mike Wenaas

Bio

Mike oversees asset management for all of the REIT’s properties. Mike joined Cobalt from Crow Holdings where he was Vice President of Asset Management and Acquisitions. While at Crow, Mike managed a six million square feet portfolio of industrial, office and retail properties located throughout the U.S. His responsibilities included negotiating leases, directing third-party management and leasing firms, sourcing new investments, and negotiating joint ventures and dispositions. In addition, he was responsible for sourcing and closing permanent debt for new acquisitions. Mike began his career as an accountant with both Trammell Crow Company and Trinity Industries. He received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Oklahoma.
