Joined European Capital in 2005 as a Managing Director in the London office. Joined the firm from Mezzanine Management UK, and was a Managing Director and member of the Investment Committee for European Investments. Transaction responsibilities included origination, structuring, syndicating and management of investments, and representing Mezzanine Management on the Boards of Directors of portfolio companies. Was originally in charge of developing Mezzanine Management's French office, which opened in 1995. Prior to joining Mezzanine Management in 1992, worked at DG Investment Bank in London. Has transaction experience in the UK, France, Germany, Benelux, Italy, and the US Since 1990 Has participated in 26 mezzanine transactions worth more than €315 million.
