Bio

Neil plays a key role with transaction origination, structuring, and execution, as well as portfolio management at the firm. Prior to establishing Praesidian Capital, Neil served as Executive Vice President and Manager of the Commercial Finance Division at HSBC Business Credit USA, Inc. where he was responsible for the bank's asset based lending business in the US providing senior debt to over 70 middle market companies. Earlier, Neil spent nine years as a senior executive in Heller Financial's Corporate Finance Group, managing the unit's New York office. With over 30 years of transaction experience, Neil has been directly responsible for over 40 transactions in all parts of the capital structure. He received his MBA and BS in Finance from Long Island University.
