Nicholas Somers

Bio

Mr Somers has been in private equity since 1993 and investment banking since 1987, and has completed numerous build-up and growth buyout strategies in the media, marketing, and technology services industries. Prior to SV Investment Partners, Mr Somers was a founder and partner of Greenwich Street Capital Partners, the private equity affiliate of The Travelers. Prior to that, he was a Managing Director at Morgan Stanley as one of the senior members of the Financial Buyers Group. He began his business career at Chemical Bank. Mr Somers holds an MBA degree from the University of Chicago and a BA degree from Washington University in St Louis.
