Bio
Oliver Nicklin is president and founded First Analysis. Prior to forming First Analysis, Mr. Nicklin served 12 years with William Blair & Co., an investment banking and investment management firm in Chicago. His positions included the chief operating officer, director of research, and investment analyst. His other experience includes strategic planning and European project evaluations for Amoco Corp. and Exxon Corp. He has served on the boards of the First Analysis Institute of Integrative Studies, Field Foundation of Illinois, Finance Council of the Archdiocese of Chicago, and the Visiting Committee for University of Chicago's Divinity School. He earned an MBA from Harvard University and a bachelor's degree in chemical engineering from the University of Texas, where he was first in his class in the College of Engineering. He is a CFA charterholder.
