Patrick Boroian

Bio

Mr Patrick J Boroian has nearly twenty years of experience in private equity investing. He focuses the majority of his time in business development, generating and evaluating new investment opportunities for the firm, and cultivating close relationships with entrepreneurs, investment bankers, accountants, attorneys, commercial bankers and business brokers. Mr. Boroian was previously a principal at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette where he served as a General Partner at the Sprout Group and a Managing Director at DLJ Merchant Banking Partners. Prior to DLJ, Mr Boroian was a principal at Odyssey Partners Mr Borojan served as a Director of Air Medical Group Holdings LLC from 2004 to 2010 Mr Borojan holds a BS from Miami University and an MBA from DePaul University
