Works on deal negotiation and execution and is a member of the Financing Group. Prior to joining Permira, practised law for nine years specialising in private equity transactions at Fried Frank Harris Shriver & Jacobson and, prior to that, Ashurst. Degree in Political Science from Bristol University, a Postgraduate Diploma in Law from The College of Law, England, and is a Solicitor.
