Paul Bachow

Bio

Mr Bachow directs analysis and deal flow generation for B&A. H is thee founder of Bachow & Associates and has nearly 20 years experience in identifying, analyzing, structuring, negotiating, and acquiring and financing acquisitions. Before forming Bachow & Associates, he founded, and was president of, CMS Investment Resources Inc, a Philadelphia based syndicator. Prior to that he practiced corporate, securities and tax law with Meltzer & Schriffin in Philadelphia. Mr Bachow erves on the board of several portfolio companies and is involved in their strategic, operating and planning decisions. Mr Bachow has a Master's degree in Tax Law from New York University, a JD from Rutgers Law School, and a BA in Accounting and Finance from American University. He is also a Certified Public Accountant.
