Co-founding Atlantic Bridge, was a Managing Director at Goldman Sachs International. From 1998 through 2004, was the head of GS's European Technology Investment Banking business, which he helped build into the leading European technology corporate finance and M&A practice. From 1996 through 1998, was head of Deutsche Bank's European Technology Investment Banking business, and from 1994 to 1996, he was head of Morgan Stanley's European Technology Investment Banking business. Regular speaker at European technology and private equity industry conferences and is frequently interviewed by the financial media regarding technology markets. Beginning in 1999, worked with Goldman Sachs to source, invest and exit an investment in Silicon Systems, a predecessor to Parthus Technologies (a company Brian Long founded). Member of the EVCA High Tech Committee, was on the board of Optical Metrology Innovations, and is currently sits on the boards of Acision, Nero and is an observer on Panda. Currently co-Chair of the Georgetown University City Alliance. Joined the board of Parthus when the investment was made and advised and worked with management on acquisitions, the IPO and secondary offerings and participated in the strategic and operational development of Parthus.
