Joined Kelso Place in December 2003, having acquired broad private equity experience. Following qualification as a Chartered Accountant with PricewaterhouseCoopers, moved internally to the European Private Equity team within its corporate finance practice, where he provided advice to many major UK Private Equity houses on all aspects of transactions, covering a variety of sectors and a number of distressed situations.
