Mr. Scott has over 23 years of venture capital experience in the areas of turnaround management and fund administration. Mr. Scott is also CFO & Administrative Partner for Windward Ventures. Prior to being acquired in 2008, Mr. Scott served as a director of AdvancedMD Software, a private company headquartered in Utah. Prior to Windward Ventures, Mr. Scott was an independent consultant providing interim senior management to venture funded companies. Mr. Scott was previously President & CEO of VSI Enterprises, Inc., a public company headquartered in Atlanta. He began his career with Wells Fargo Bank and Sears Bank. BA from Ithaca College and a MBA from Loyola University of Chicago.
