Peter J Slocum

Bio

Peter co-founded Bayview Capital Group and has over 25 years of direct sell-side merger and acquisition experience in the middle market. Prior to starting Bayview, he was a Vice President and Principal at Norwest Corporate Finance where he advised clients on mergers, acquisitions, financings, and business valuations. Before joining Norwest, he was a Vice President for Western Companies, a private investment banking firm specializing in the sale of middle market businesses. Peter has investment banking and valuation experience with businesses in a wide range of industries and has appeared as an expert witness in the area of business valuation. As a co-founder, he serves on the Board of Governors of Bayview Capital Partners I LP SBIC and is a member of the General Partner. Peter has a BBA degree in Finance from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He is a licensed real estate broker and holds Series 7, 24 and 63 securities licenses.
