Has worked on a number of transactions including Acromas (The AA & Saga), Just Retirement and Provimi. Prior to joining Permira in 2004, worked as a management consultant at Bain & Company in London and Hong Kong, focusing on private equity commercial due diligence and corporate strategy. During his MBA, also worked at Goldman Sachs in London focusing on European M&A. Degree in Engineering with Business Finance from University College London. Masters in Accounting and Finance from the London School of Economics. MBA from Harvard Business School.
