Phillip W Martin

Bio

Prior to joining the management group at SCP, Mr. Martin was Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer of Central Air Conditioning Distributors, Inc. He was responsible for the company's financial management, and mergers and acquisitions. Prior to that, Mr. Martin served as Corporate Treasurer for Douglas Battery Manufacturing Company overseeing investments and borrowing, risk management, acquisitions, and financial reporting. He is a Certified Public Accountant, and holds membership in the American Institute of CPAs, and has completed study at the Venture Capital Institute.
