Responsibilities include deal origination, due diligence of investment opportunities, negotiation, and advising portfolio companies on strategy and operations. Prior to joining Atomico in 2010, was with Silver Lake Partners where he focused on the Internet space and was active in the buyout of Skype. Also worked in the Investment Banking Division at Goldman Sachs, where he advised on mergers and acquisitions and financing transactions. Fluent Russian and Armenian. BSc degree in Management Sciences from the London School of Economics.
