Bio

Hunt Greene brings a broad perspective of investment banking to his clients. His experience includes extensive work in mergers and acquisitions, management buyouts, venture capital and public and private equity transactions. Hunt has a wealth of contacts in the investment community throughout the United States. He has provided investment banking services for a broad range of privately held companies as well as larger public companies, including United Healthcare, 3M, Imation and MTS Systems. Buyers of his clients have included Pfizer, Bayer, Wal-Mart, Eli Lilly, General Electric, Danaher, Emerson Electric, Affiliated Computer Systems, and Hitachi, as well as numerous financial buyout groups. Prior to forming GH&F, Hunt spent 20 years as a senior member of the Corporate Finance department at Piper Jaffray where he also served as President of Piper Jaffray Ventures. In addition, he spent two years in the general management of Cardiac Pacemakers Inc., now Boston Scientific. Hunt is a graduate of Northwestern University (BA) and the Harvard Business School (MBA).
