Rafael Costa

Bio

Rafael Costa is a Co-Founder and Venture Partner at ONEVC, based out of San Francisco, CA. Currently, Rafael helps to lead the growth equity investment efforts for Vulcan Capital globally. Vulcan Capital is the investment management firm, which oversees Microsoft co-founder and philanthropist Paul Allen’s multi-billion dollar portfolio. Prior to joining Vulcan Capital, Rafael worked at Summit Partners, a global growth equity firm where he was responsible for originating, conducting diligence on and supporting private investments in enterprise software, communications technology, and Internet companies for Summit’s Growth Equity Technology team. Previously, Rafael worked as an investment banker in the Global Technology, Media and Telecom group at UBS Investment Bank in New York. Rafael graduated with distinction and business honors from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University, where he earned a BS in Finance, Accounting, and Entrepreneurship & Corporate innovation.
