Reginald Jones

Bio

Prior to Goldman Sachs, he worked as a consultant at Bain & Company. Prior to founding Greenbriar, Mr. Jones spent 13 years at Goldman, Sachs & Co., where he was a Managing Director and Group Head of global transportation investment banking. During his time there, Mr. Jones managed a number of the firm’s largest corporate clients and led the execution of significant transactions related to mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt financings, leveraged buyouts, recapitalizations, and principal investments. Mr. Jones is Chairman of the Board of Directors of Ardmore Shipholding Ltd. and is a Director of Active Aero Group, LLC, and AmSafe Partners, Inc. and has served previously as a Director of Argo-Tech Corporation and Electro-Motive Diesel, Inc. Mr. Jones also serves on the Transportation Business Advisory Council at Northwestern University, the Leadership Council of PathNorth and as Committee Chairman for Young Life of Greenwich. Mr. Jones earned a BA from Williams College and an MBA from the Harvard Business School.
