Bio

Rick has a successful track record of investing in middle market companies since 1990. Prior to co-founding WestView Capital Partners, he was a Partner in Tudor Investment Corporation’s private equity group. Tudor is a globally recognized investment manager with over $10 billion in total capital and more than $500 million under management in its private equity area. While at Tudor, Rick focused on investing in growth-oriented service companies. Prior to joining Tudor in 2000, Rick was a Managing Director of Triumph Capital Group, a Boston-based private equity firm with more than $800 million in capital. During his ten years at Triumph, he led numerous investments in middle market companies in a variety of recapitalization, growth financing, leveraged buyout and consolidation transactions. Before joining Triumph in 1990, Rick was an Associate in the investment banking group of Drexel Burnham Lambert. Rick received his BS degree in Computer Science from Yale University and his MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
