Bio
Joined Barclays Private Equity in 2000 and is a Director in the London office. Qualified as a solicitor with Linklaters before joining Close Brothers Corporate Finance. Whilst at Linklaters, gained experience on a wide range of international securities and M&A transactions, spending time on secondment with Linklaters in Singapore and Goldman Sachs in London. At Close Brothers Corporate Finance, worked on a range of mainstream capital markets and M&A transactions including the dispoal and flotation of venture capital backed companies. Also spent 18 months with Close Brothers in Paris working on a number of cross-border M&A projects and technology equity fundraisings. Focuses on the support services sector. Qualified solicitor.
