Robert A O'Sullivan

Bio

Mr. O’Sullivan is the Vice Chairman and Partner of the Comvest Group. His responsibilities include oversight of the Comvest Group's direct lending strategy. Since joining the Comvest Group in 1992, and becoming a partner in 1999, he has been actively associated with the financing and investing in over 100 lower middle market businesses. He also maintains a series 7, 24, and 63. Mr. O’Sullivan is a Patron in the Canadian Chapter of the Patrons of the Arts for the Vatican Museum. Mr. O’Sullivan serves as a member of the investment committee of both Comvest Capital I and II debt investment funds. He currently serves on the board of affiliated portfolio companies including: Atlantis Systems and Crdentia Corp. Mr. O’Sullivan graduated with a bachelor’s degree with honors from London University, attending King’s College and the London School of Economics.
