Mr. Cutaia leads Corinthian Capital's alternative investment initiatives. Mr. Cutaia began his career as an attorney at Shea & Gould, a then prominent national law firm, as a member of that firm's international practice group, where he developed a broad range of experience in domestic and international telecommunications, cable, real estate, banking and financial and governmental institutions. Just prior to joining Corinthian Capital, Mr. Cutaia was the Founder, Chairman, President and CEO of The Telx Group, Inc., the internationally recognized operator of telecom network interconnection and colocation facilities. During the course of six years, Mr. Cutaia led the business from a start-up to a highly successful and lucrative sale at a price well in excess of $200 million. Mr. Cutaia serves on the Board of Directors of Wolf-Gordon Holdings, Inc., among several other companies and organizations, is a Member of the Board of Trustees of the New York Institute of Technology, and is the Founder and Executive Director of the United States Chapter of Innocence in Danger, a non-profit, international organization dedicated to the protection and rehabilitation of children who have been victims of trafficking and abuse. Mr. Cutaia is a graduate of the New York Institute of Technology (B.A. 1982) and the Fordham University School of Law (J.D. 1985).
