Roy Kelvin

Bio

Roy Kelvin joined Vector in 2009 as Chief Financial Officer. Previously, Roy served as the Chief Financial Officer of Zephyr Management, LP, a New York-based Registered Investment Advisory firm that focuses on private equity, wealth management and open-ended marketable securities funds. Prior to Zephyr, Roy served in various senior finance & operations roles in the private equity and emerging markets divisions at Wasserstein Perella Group. Prior to Wasserstein Perella, he was Chief Financial Officer & Treasurer of Rykä, Inc., a manufacturer of women’s athletic footwear, and an audit supervisor with Arthur Andersen & Co. Roy graduated summa cum laude from the State University of New York at Buffalo with a B.S. degree in Finance & Accounting, and is a Certified Public Accountant.
