Salil Pitroda

Bio

Mr Pitroda is a generalist at TH Lee Putnam Ventures. He currently focuses on marketing services and business services. He is actively involved in the Firm’s leveraged buyout investing and portfolio company acquisitions. Before joining TH Lee, Mr Pitroda worked as an Associate at General Atlantic, a global private equity firm. At GA, Mr Pitroda was involved in several growth equity, PIPE, and restructuring investments in software, media and business services. Prior to GA, Mr Pitroda was with The Boston Consulting Group in New York, focusing on corporate finance and strategy. Mr Pitroda has also worked at Porter Orlin, a long / short equity hedge fund, and in the Office of the Chairman of Reliance Industries. Mr Pitroda holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, has degrees in Computer Science and Economics from MIT, and studied humanities at Harvard College.
