Moreover, by serving as an affiliate fund of CapitalSouth Partners Funds, the Florida Mezzanine Fund has the ability to invest up to $30MM in any single transaction based in Florida. CapitalSouth provides underwriting, investment strategy, and investment committee services to Florida Mezzanine Fund which focuses on investing between $500K and $3MM in companies with significant operations in Florida. CapitalSouth Partners primary Funds focus oninvesting between $3MM and $30MM in companies based in Florida and also lower-middle market companies located throughout the United States. The Florida team sources deals for both the Florida Mezzanine Fund and the CapitalSouth Partners Funds. Through its affiliate relationship with Florida Mezzanine Funds, CapitalSouth has the ability to invest between $500K and $30MM in companies located in Florida.
