Bio
Acts as a director on a number of general partner boards with a broad client base from the UK and Europe. Is also responsible for technical and corporate governance matters with a focus on compliance with new regulation and legislation. Previous to Ipes, held a management position in Private Equity with Northern Trust. Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA) and an Associate of The Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (ICSA).
